As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about customer service.To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and enthusiasm. In addition, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. Responsibilities: • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner to provide exceptional customer service • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion • Develop solutions to customer issues that ensure customer satisfaction • Remain knowledgeable of Sears products and services • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other channels • Process orders, returns, and exchanges • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Assist with other customer service duties as needed
