Job Description

At Sears, we are looking for a passionate, customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong understanding of customer service protocols. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and who can work with a sense of urgency when needed. If you are a team player with the ability to multi-task and the willingness to go the extra mile to give our customers the best service possible, then this position could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  4. Update customer records in the company database.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  6. Handle customer complaints in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
  7. Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  9. Monitor customer service metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
  10. Train new customer service representatives.
