Job Description

Sears is looking for an Auto Center Manager who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and leading a team of automotive technicians. We need a dynamic individual who is organized, reliable, and motivated to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of service. Our ideal candidate will have the required qualifications outlined below and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of automotive technicians or a customer-facing retail environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Demonstrated knowledge of automotive systems and components • Relevant certifications in automotive or customer service • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Working knowledge of computer systems and software programs related to the automotive industry

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction • Supervise and motivate a team of automotive technicians to ensure quality service and high customer satisfaction • Monitor productivity and performance of technicians on a regular basis • Ensure that automotive systems and components are operating correctly • Manage all automotive-related projects to ensure timely completion • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and complaints • Keep up-to-date on automotive industry trends and developments • Train technicians on new systems and technologies • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices • Identify and implement strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency
