Job Description

Sears is searching for an experienced and motivated Auto Center Manager to join our team. This position requires an individual with the ability to provide leadership and guidance to our automotive center, ensuring that customers receive high-quality customer service and that our automotive services meet the highest standards of excellence. The successful candidate will possess a strong customer service background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping our customers. If you are an ambitious leader who is eager to make an impact and drive our automotive center to success, then we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field• At least 3 years of management experience in a retail, automotive or service environment• Proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales goals• Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams• Strong customer service orientation• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word• Knowledge of automotive parts and services• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for increasing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the automotive center, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory management.
  3. Train, motivate, and mentor staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and develop solutions to address any issues or complaints.
  5. Ensure that the automotive center meets all safety and regulatory requirements.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote automotive services and products.
  8. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
  9. Maintain a high level of knowledge of automotive parts and services.
  10. Monitor customer trends and provide insights to improve sales and services.
