
Lithography Process Development Intern
Seagate Technology is actively seeking a passionate and talented Lithography Process Development Intern to join our innovative and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate for this role is an eager self-starter who is excited to learn and develop new skills. We are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to our team and make a lasting impact.The Lithography Process Development Intern will work closely with the Lithography Team to develop next-generation lithography processes and technologies. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and have a strong knowledge of lithography principles. In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to define and analyze lithography process specifications, develop solutions for lithographic process problems, and assist in the development of new lithography processes.To be considered for this position, you must be currently enrolled in a university and have a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of design of experiments, statistics, and data analysis is also required. Familiarity with lithography equipment, thin film deposition, and etch processes is beneficial. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments to define and analyze lithography process specifications
- Develop solutions for lithographic process problems
- Assist in the development of new lithography processes
- Utilize design of experiments, statistics, and data analysis to improve processes
- Monitor and maintain lithography equipment
- Assist in thin film deposition and etch processes
- Communicate and problem-solve effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Research new lithography processes and technologies
- Prepare reports and presentations on lithography processes and results
