Job Description

Seagate Technology is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and innovative Failure Analysis Engineer Intern to join our team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced engineers and scientists in the Failure Analysis Department. You will be challenged to bring your enthusiasm and technical knowledge to solve complex problems and contribute in the development and improvement of our products.To excel in this role, you should have a solid educational background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, material sciences, physics or a related field, as well as strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about technology, has a keen eye for detail, and is excited to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with experienced engineers and scientists in the Failure Analysis Department to solve complex problems.
  2. Develop and improve Seagate products.
  3. Utilize educational background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, material sciences, physics or a related field to provide innovative solutions.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  5. Communicate effectively with different teams.
  6. Maintain a keen eye for detail.
  7. Remain up-to-date on new technology and trends.
  8. Learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
