4. Hire, train, and supervise warehouse personnel.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for warehouse operations.
6. Establish quality control and safety standards for warehouse operations.
7. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
9. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.
