3. Analyze store performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Make sure that store staff adhere to store policies and procedures.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate records of store operations.
7. Train and provide guidance to store staff to ensure they are performing their duties correctly.
8. Manage inventory levels and product availability.
9. Address customer complaints and resolve any operational issues.
10. Monitor store security and safety protocols.

Scotch and Soda is a Dutch fashion retail company. In March 2023 Scotch & Soda was acquired by the U.S. brand management firm Bluestar Alliance.
