Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with assistance to find the perfect outfit.
2. Use knowledge of current fashion trends to provide customers with advice and suggestions.
3. Answer customer inquiries and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
4. Process customer payments and complete sales transactions.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
6. Assist with store operations, such as setting up displays and restocking inventory.
7. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
8. Monitor customer behavior and provide feedback to store management.
9. Monitor store sales and recommend ways to increase revenue.
10. Remain up-to-date with product information and promotional offers.

Scotch and Soda is a Dutch fashion retail company. In March 2023 Scotch & Soda was acquired by the U.S. brand management firm Bluestar Alliance.
