Lead and oversee the transformation of Schneider Electric's supply chain processes through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain and drive operational excellence.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain issues and develop solutions.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Manage and mentor a team of supply chain planners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the supply chain planning process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to foster collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align supply chain planning with business objectives and drive overall company growth.
Develop and manage budgets and resources to support supply chain planning initiatives and ensure efficient use of company resources.
Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in supply chain planning activities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the supply chain planning team.
Act as a change agent and champion for transformational change within the supply chain organization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In A Transformational Role.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Supply Chain Planning Strategies And Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Supply Chain Disruptions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Organizational Change.
