- Plan and coordinate all training and development initiatives for the company.
- Develop and maintain a training schedule to ensure all employees receive necessary training.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customized training programs.
- Conduct research and utilize industry best practices to continuously improve training programs.
- Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees, ensuring a high level of participation and engagement.
- Manage training resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor training program budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are utilized.
- Utilize various training methods, such as classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job training.
- Create and maintain training records and reports to track employee progress and compliance.
- Coordinate with external training providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure training programs are relevant and up-to-date.
- Support and assist employees with any training-related inquiries or issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Coordinating Training Programs, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Training Methods And Techniques, Including E-Learning Platforms And Virtual Training Tools.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Information And Facilitate Group Discussions.
Experience With Learning Management Systems (Lms) And Instructional Design Software Is Preferred.
