  1. Plan and coordinate all training and development initiatives for the company.
  2. Develop and maintain a training schedule to ensure all employees receive necessary training.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customized training programs.
  4. Conduct research and utilize industry best practices to continuously improve training programs.
  5. Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees, ensuring a high level of participation and engagement.
  6. Manage training resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities.

  12. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure training programs are relevant and up-to-date.

  15. Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Coordinating Training Programs, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Training Methods And Techniques, Including E-Learning Platforms And Virtual Training Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Information And Facilitate Group Discussions.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems (Lms) And Instructional Design Software Is Preferred.
