  1. Create and maintain precision tools and dies used in the production of high-quality products.
  2. Operate and maintain various machinery and equipment used in the tool & die making process.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and functionality of tools and dies.
  4. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during the tool & die making process.
  5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  6. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure tool and die accuracy.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve tool & die designs and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all tools and dies.
  9. Train and mentor junior tool & die makers.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments in tool & die making.
