Conduct rigorous testing of Schneider Electric products to ensure their quality and reliability.
Utilize various testing equipment and tools to perform thorough analysis and identify any potential issues.
Collaborate with engineers and product development teams to understand testing requirements and provide feedback on product performance.
Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues that arise during testing.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing procedures and make suggestions for improvements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the accuracy and safety of testing procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in order to improve testing processes and techniques.
Follow all safety protocols and standards to ensure the well-being of oneself and others.
Communicate any potential risks or concerns discovered during testing to appropriate parties.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality or performance issues that may arise during testing.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all testing procedures.
Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable input and suggestions for product improvement.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Electrical Systems: A Test Technician At Schneider Electric Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems, Including Ac And Dc Circuits, Power Distribution, And Control Systems.
Familiarity With Testing Equipment: Candidates Should Be Familiar With A Variety Of Testing Equipment, Such As Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, And Power Analyzers. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Calibrate This Equipment As Needed.
Attention To Detail: As A Test Technician, Attention To Detail Is Critical To Ensuring Accurate And Reliable Test Results. Candidates Should Be Able To Follow Testing Procedures Precisely And Identify Any Anomalies Or Discrepancies In The Data.
Analytical Skills: Test Technicians Must Be Able To Analyze Test Data And Identify Trends Or Patterns That May Indicate A Problem. They Should Also Be Able To Make Recommendations For Improvements Based On Their Analysis.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For A Test Technician, As They Will Often Work In A Team Environment And Need To Communicate Test Results, Findings, And Recommendations To Engineers And Other Team Members. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must.
