Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Schneider Electric products to ensure quality and reliability.
Follow established testing procedures and protocols to accurately and efficiently test products.
Record and analyze test data, identifying any issues or discrepancies and reporting them to the appropriate team members.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve testing processes and procedures.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
Actively participate in product development and review meetings to provide insights and feedback on potential testing issues.
Communicate test results and recommendations clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.
Identify and propose solutions for any product defects found during testing.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in testing technology to continuously improve processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Meet deadlines and deliver accurate and efficient results.
Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of testing and troubleshooting.
Represent Schneider Electric in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by superiors.
