Job Description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service and possess excellent problem solving and communication skills.The Territory Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support and customer service within their assigned territory. This role will assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, as well as build relationships with existing customers and develop new business.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a sales engineering role. They must be highly organized, with strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. A proven track record of successful sales and customer service experience is essential. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities: • Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solutions • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers • Develop new business • Deliver technical sales support and customer service • Create and maintain sales reports for assigned territory • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs • Act as a liaison between customers and Schneider Electric • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Work independently and manage multiple tasks • Provide expert advice on product selection and application • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits • Negotiate terms of sale • Manage and coordinate customer activities
