  1. Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees and partners in accordance with company standards and objectives.
  2. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities.
  3. Conduct training sessions in person and/or virtually, utilizing various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  4. Assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps within the organization.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  7. Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to ensure understanding and retention of material.
  8. Maintain training records and documentation for participants.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into training programs.
  10. Act as a technical resource and provide support to employees and partners as needed.
  11. Assist in the development of new training programs and initiatives.
  12. Network and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote training opportunities.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, during training sessions.
  14. Travel to various locations to conduct training sessions, as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to improve training methods and techniques to enhance the learning experience for participants.

  • Expertise In Technical Subjects: A Technical Training Instructor At Schneider Electric Must Have A Deep Understanding And Knowledge Of Technical Subjects Such As Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, And Energy Management Systems. This Expertise Is Essential In Effectively Communicating Complex Technical Concepts To Trainees.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Technical Training Instructor, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Deliver Training Materials To Trainees. This Includes The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner And Adapt To Different Learning Styles.

  • Knowledge Of Training Methods And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Various Training Methods And Tools, Such As Online Learning Platforms, Virtual Training, And Hands-On Exercises. This Will Ensure That Training Sessions Are Engaging, Interactive, And Effective.

  • Industry Experience: A Technical Training Instructor Should Have Relevant Industry Experience In Areas Such As Energy Management, Automation, Or Electrical Engineering. This Provides Credibility And Real-World Examples To Training Materials, Making Them More Relatable And Valuable To Trainees.
