  8. Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  9. Provide technical training and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  10. Identify and report product or service issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  11. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to improve product performance.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures.
  13. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
