Design and develop innovative antenna solutions for a wide range of products.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in antenna technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antennas into various product designs.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify antenna designs.
Perform simulations and testing to evaluate antenna performance and make necessary adjustments.
Create technical documentation and reports to communicate designs and findings.
Troubleshoot and solve complex antenna-related issues.
Stay current with regulatory and compliance standards for antenna design and implementation.
Continuously improve and optimize antenna designs for better performance and cost-efficiency.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on antenna design and implementation.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop new and innovative antenna concepts.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and components for antenna production.
Ensure timely delivery and quality control of antenna prototypes and final products.
Communicate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on antenna development and progress.
Attend conferences and trade shows to represent the company and showcase antenna technology advancements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Designing And Implementing Antenna Systems For Wireless Communication.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Antenna Design, Such As Fcc Guidelines And International Standards.
Proficiency In Simulation Tools And Software Used For Antenna Design, Such As Hfss, Cst, Or Feko.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Antenna Issues.
