  1. Identify and develop top talent within the organization through various talent management initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development programs, and performance management.
  2. Create and implement a learning and development culture to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to understand business needs and align talent development strategies with organizational goals.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on topics such as leadership, communication, and professional development.
  5. Implement and manage employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for improvement to leadership.
  7. Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  9. Partner with HR to identify and address skill gaps within the organization and develop targeted training and development programs to address those gaps.
  10. Serve as a role model and advocate for the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.
  11. Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage resources and expertise for talent development initiatives.
  13. Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure alignment with talent development strategies and goals.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate talent development programs and processes to ensure the organization remains competitive and attracts top talent.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric and promote the company's mission and vision to potential candidates and the public.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Development, Learning And Development, Or Training Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience In Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Knowledge Of Talent Management Processes And Strategies, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Career Development.
