Design and develop interactive Tableau reports and dashboards to provide critical insights for business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into data visualizations.
Utilize advanced Tableau features and techniques to enhance data visualizations and optimize performance.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and standards.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data usage to ensure reports meet their needs.
Identify and recommend improvements to data collection and reporting processes.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns for insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless integration of Tableau reports with data sources.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing reports.
Train and support end-users on Tableau reporting tools and capabilities.
Maintain a high level of data integrity and security in all reporting activities.
Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver high-quality reports within tight deadlines.

Job Qualifications

Proficiency In Tableau: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Tableau And Its Various Features, Including Data Visualization, Dashboards, And Data Manipulation.
