Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a comprehensive sustainability and circular design strategy to ensure Schneider Electric meets its sustainability and circular design objectives.
Lead and manage projects related to sustainable and circular design, ensuring objectives are met in a timely manner.
Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Schneider Electric is utilizing the most innovative and effective strategies to support the company’s sustainability and circular design goals.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the sustainability and circular design strategy.
Create and lead initiatives to promote sustainable and circular design principles across the company.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and external organizations to ensure Schneider Electric’s sustainability and circular design efforts are aligned with industry standards.
Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of sustainability and circular design professionals.
