Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Oversee the planning and execution of supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain planning professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve goals.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain operations and address any issues or concerns.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations and reduce costs.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to inform supply chain strategies and processes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations.
Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Represent the company's supply chain capabilities to customers and other stakeholders.
