At Schneider Electric, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Strategy and Business Transformation team as an Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and gain invaluable experience in a leading global energy management and automation company. The ideal candidate for this position will be a recent graduate or a student in the final year of their undergraduate or graduate studies. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering first-class results. Preference will be given to candidates who have a strong interest in and knowledge of energy management and automation. Responsibilities:

Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement in Schneider Electric’s energy management and automation processes.
Develop strategies to optimize operations and maximize efficiency.
Design and create innovative solutions to address business challenges.
Provide support for the Strategy and Business Transformation team in the areas of research, project execution, and reporting.
Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the energy management and automation industry.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and strategies.
Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
