At Schneider Electric, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Accounts Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key strategic accounts to drive sales and revenue growth. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in managing strategic accounts.   1. Develop and manage relationships with key strategic accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Identify and target potential strategic accounts to expand the company's customer base.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market and industry to identify potential growth opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong rapport with key decision makers and influencers within strategic accounts.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans and initiatives.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure profitable deals and contracts with strategic accounts.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and strategic account activities.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric and maintain a positive image and reputation in the industry.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new product offerings, and market trends.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support to strategic accounts.
  13. Travel to meet with strategic accounts and attend industry events and conferences as needed.
  14. Mentor and train junior sales executives and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Strategic Accounts Sales Executive At Schneider Electric Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The B2B Sector. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
