  1. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards for products and processes.
  2. Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Analyze data and report on quality metrics to management.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality standards and processes.
  8. Participate in product development and design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Conduct supplier audits and work with suppliers to improve quality.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control.
  12. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality goals are met.
  13. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
  14. Mentor and guide junior quality engineers.
  15. Adhere to safety and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field. This Qualification Demonstrates A Solid Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills, Which Are Essential For A Quality Engineer Role.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Similar Field. This Experience Should Include Working With Quality Management Systems, Conducting Audits, And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma. This Indicates A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Processes And The Ability To Ensure Compliance With Industry Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. As A Quality Engineer, You Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Suppliers, And Customers, So Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Experience With Project Management And Problem-Solving Methodologies. This Includes Skills In Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, And Corrective/Preventive Action Planning, Which Are Critical For Identifying And Resolving Quality Issues.
