Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field. This Qualification Demonstrates A Solid Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills, Which Are Essential For A Quality Engineer Role.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Similar Field. This Experience Should Include Working With Quality Management Systems, Conducting Audits, And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma. This Indicates A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Processes And The Ability To Ensure Compliance With Industry Standards.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. As A Quality Engineer, You Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Suppliers, And Customers, So Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
