Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in electrical engineering to continuously improve our products and systems.
Lead the development and design of electrical systems and products, ensuring they meet all technical requirements and are in line with company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Perform thorough testing and analysis of electrical systems and products, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
Participate in product design reviews and provide valuable feedback to optimize functionality and performance.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, processes, and test results.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for projects.
Stay in compliance with all relevant safety codes and regulations.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and showcasing our innovative products and solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop technical presentations and materials to educate customers on our products and services.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Stay accountable for project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Electrical Engineering: A Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer At Schneider Electric Should Have A Strong Background In Electrical Engineering And A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In The Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Nec, Ul, And Iec, As Well As Experience With Compliance Testing And Certification Processes.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Position, The Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage Complex Projects From Conception To Completion, Including Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Design And Development Of Electrical Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Designing And Developing Electrical Systems For Commercial, Industrial, And/Or Residential Applications, Including Hands-On Experience With Tools Like Autocad Or Revit.
