- Lead and manage site and field services operations to ensure the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to energy management and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment, identify potential issues, and provide on-site technical support.
- Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure their proficiency and effectiveness in delivering services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site visits, service reports, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to promote the company's services and capabilities.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Site/Field Services For Electrical Equipment.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Components, Including Switchgear, Transformers, And Power Distribution.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.
