  1. Lead and manage site and field services operations to ensure the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to energy management and automation solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment, identify potential issues, and provide on-site technical support.
  5. Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure their proficiency and effectiveness in delivering services.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site visits, service reports, and customer interactions.

  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and regulatory standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Site/Field Services For Electrical Equipment.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Components, Including Switchgear, Transformers, And Power Distribution.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.
