Design, develop, and maintain innovative web-based applications and software solutions for Schneider Electric
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various programming languages and frameworks
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications, and propose and implement solutions
Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our products
Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance and support as needed
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices
Ensure the security and scalability of our web applications by following secure coding practices and optimizing performance
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on web development strategies and approaches
Contribute to the overall success and growth of the team by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Web Development: A Senior Web Software Developer At Schneider Electric Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Web Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Modern Web Development Frameworks Such As Angular, React, Or Vue.
Proficiency In Back-End Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Back-End Technologies Such As Php, Java, Or .Net. They Should Have Experience With Database Management And Be Able To Build And Maintain Complex Web Applications.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Web Software Developer Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions. They Should Have A Strong Troubleshooting Mindset And Be Able To Debug And Fix Issues In A Timely Manner.
Experience With Agile Methodology: Schneider Electric Follows An Agile Approach To Software Development, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment. They Should Be Comfortable With Daily Stand-Up Meetings, Sprints, And Other Agile Practices.
Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Position, The Candidate Should Be Able To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Developers. They Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
