  1. Oversee the development and delivery of complex technical projects within the Digital Power team.
  2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  3. Lead project planning and execution, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize project efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and project timelines are on track.
  8. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to facilitate their professional growth and development.
  10. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the digital power solutions.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  13. Communicate project updates and achievements to senior management and other stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with sales teams to support business development activities and identify new project opportunities.
  15. Adhere to project budgets and financial reporting requirements.
