
Senior Retail Account Manager - Home Depot

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot at all levels, including senior management, to ensure a successful partnership.
- Drive sales and increase market share by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the Home Depot account.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities for the Home Depot account.
- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Home Depot-related inquiries and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with Home Depot to secure the best terms and conditions for Schneider Electric.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement training programs for Home Depot staff to increase product knowledge and sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations to improve the partnership with Home Depot.
- Represent Schneider Electric at industry events and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
- Mentor and support junior account managers to ensure their success and growth within the company.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Account Management, With A Focus On Working With Home Depot And Other Large Home Improvement Retailers.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Strong Understanding Of Retail Sales Strategies And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Demonstrated Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Market Trends And Opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, With A Preference For Candidates With Experience In The Home Improvement Or Building Materials Industry.
