  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on renewable energy and carbon management strategies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on implementing renewable energy and carbon reduction initiatives, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  3. Develop customized solutions and proposals for clients, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to design effective strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions to clients.
  5. Communicate complex information and data in a clear and concise manner to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options.
  6. Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  9. Participate in industry events and conferences to expand your knowledge and represent the company as a thought leader in the renewable energy and carbon management space.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and enhance our renewable energy and carbon management offerings.
  12. Stay informed of relevant regulations and policies related to renewable energy and carbon management, ensuring compliance and identifying new opportunities for clients.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric, promoting our values and mission to drive positive change in the energy industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Environmental Science, Engineering, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Renewable Energy And Carbon Markets, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects For Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Carbon Accounting And Reporting Standards, As Well As Experience With Renewable Energy Technologies And Project Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, Including Project Planning, Budgeting, And Client Relationship Management.
