Manage the quotation process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Utilize strong sales support skills to assist in closing deals and increasing sales.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all quotes are accurate and meet company standards.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Sales And Quoting: The Senior Quotation Specialist Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Quoting, Preferably In The Electrical Or Industrial Equipment Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Providing Accurate And Competitive Quotations To Customers.
Strong Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Knowledge Of Electrical And Industrial Equipment. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Schneider Electric's Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Product Lines.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Quotation Specialist, Effective Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Information Clearly And Concisely To Customers, As Well As Negotiate Pricing And Terms To Secure Profitable Deals For The Company.
Attention To Detail And Accuracy: The Senior Quotation Specialist Will Be Responsible For Preparing Accurate And Detailed Quotations For Customers. Therefore, They Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Work With Complex Data And Pricing Structures To Ensure Accuracy In Their Quotes.
