Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Schneider Electric team. This individual should be a creative, passionate professional with a proven track record of success in product marketing. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing plans to maximize the company’s success in product innovation, customer experience, and market share.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in product marketing. Previous experience managing a team is also required. The ideal candidate would also have familiarity with Schneider Electric’s products and solutions.We are looking for a self-starter who is driven by results and passionate about product marketing. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will need to be an excellent communicator and have a strong understanding of the customer journey. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product marketing plans to maximize the company’s success in product innovation, customer experience, and market share.
Manage a team of product marketing professionals.
Identify and prioritize customer needs and market trends.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
Analyze market data to inform product and pricing decisions.
Create and maintain sales and marketing materials, and other promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies for staying ahead.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful product launches.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Utilize customer insights to inform new product initiatives.
