Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for metallic components and tooling in our products.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in metallic components and tooling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of metallic components and tooling in product designs.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and competitive pricing.
Analyze and optimize current processes for metallic components and tooling to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to team members, setting clear goals and expectations.
Develop and implement training programs to continuously enhance the knowledge and skills of team members.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards for all metallic components and tooling.
Act as a subject matter expert on metallic components and tooling, providing guidance and support to other departments.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the company.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our brand.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation within the metallic components and tooling field.
Collaborate with other senior managers to develop and execute long-term strategies for the company's overall success.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In The Aerospace Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Aerospace Industry, With A Strong Focus On Metallic Components And Tooling. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Involve Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects Within Budget And On Time.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Metallic Components And Tooling: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Metallic Materials And Their Properties, As Well As Expertise In Tooling Design And Manufacturing Processes. This Knowledge Is Crucial For Ensuring The Quality And Efficiency Of Production Processes.
