Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to identify and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze data and metrics to track quality performance and identify trends, making recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and recommend new technologies and best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
Communicate quality issues and improvements to senior management and provide regular updates on quality performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.
Monitor and manage the budget for the quality assurance team and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure all employees are trained and adhere to quality standards and procedures.
Foster a safe work environment and promote a culture of safety among team members.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Manufacturing Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Quality Assurance, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Continuous Improvement And Ensuring Product Quality.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead And Develop A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Set Goals, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Quality Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 9001, Six Sigma, And Lean Manufacturing. They Should Also Be Familiar With Regulatory Requirements In The Manufacturing Industry, Particularly In The Electrical And Energy Sector.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Potential Quality Issues Before They Arise. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address Any Quality-Related Issues That May Arise In The Manufacturing Process.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Suppliers, And Customers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Effectively Conveying Information And Building Relationships With These Stakeholders.
