Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Kronos system within Schneider Electric.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Kronos system in supporting business operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Kronos applications and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement within the Kronos system.
Develop and maintain training materials and resources for Kronos users.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on Kronos applications and processes.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Kronos system.
Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of new Kronos features and updates.
Stay informed about updates and changes to the Kronos system and proactively communicate these to relevant teams and users.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any system-related issues.
Maintain documentation and records of all Kronos-related processes and procedures.
Provide regular updates and reports on the performance and usage of the Kronos system to management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and alignment on Kronos-related projects.
Strive for continuous improvement and innovation in the use and optimization of the Kronos system.
