Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping.
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the warehouse, while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team is working towards common goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and supplies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as transportation and procurement, to optimize supply chain processes and ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the warehouse, ensuring cost-effective operations and meeting financial targets.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, and implement new processes and technologies as needed to improve operations.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Warehouse Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Large Warehouse Operation.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior General Manager, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills To Effectively Manage A Large Team Of Warehouse Staff And Supervisors.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Logistics: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain And Logistics Processes, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution, To Ensure Efficient And Effective Warehouse Operations.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Senior General Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Improve Warehouse Operations And Solve Complex Problems. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For A Senior General Manager To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Suppliers, And Internal Teams, To Ensure Smooth Warehouse Operations.
