Conduct analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the ERP system.
Recommend and implement solutions to optimize system functionalities and improve business processes.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budget.
Provide support and training to end-users on system functionalities and processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP systems, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to align business needs and system capabilities.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and resolve any issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for further improvement.
Actively participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
Utilize a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Train and mentor junior business analysts on ERP system functionalities and processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration and data integrity between ERP system and other systems.
Maintain a strong understanding of Schneider Electric's business goals and strategies to align ERP system enhancements and implementations accordingly.

Extensive Experience With Erp Systems: A Senior Erp Business Analyst At Schneider Electric Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Microsoft Dynamics, And Be Able To Effectively Navigate And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.
