Develop and implement company-wide EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees.
Provide expert advice and guidance to management on EHS issues and best practices.
Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, making recommendations for corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Stay abreast of new and evolving EHS regulations and ensure company compliance.
Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to promote a positive EHS culture.
Lead and coordinate emergency response and crisis management efforts.
Develop and manage EHS budgets and resources.
Collaborate with global EHS team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Represent the company in EHS-related meetings and conferences.
Develop and maintain EHS-related documentation and records.
Mentor and train junior EHS staff members.
Drive a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Senior Ehs Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Ehs Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Ehs Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs.
