- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue for the SE Advantage program.
- Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Strong Sales And Business Development Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Commercial Sector. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
Technical Knowledge Of Energy Management Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Energy Management Solutions, Including Building Automation, Energy Efficiency, And Renewable Energy.
