  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue for the SE Advantage program.
  2. Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  8. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize commercial operations.
  10. Represent Schneider Electric at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the SE Advantage program and generate leads.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on commercial performance and opportunities for growth.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Job Qualifications
