Job Description

Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues. Maintains transparent visibility of project status, issues, direction, decisions, etc. Track progress through burn up, burn down and velocity tracking. Breaks down barriers and shields the team from impediments precluding team members from making progress. Schedule, manage and facilitate all Scrum events. Facilitate meetings and communication between product owner stakeholders and development team members. Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the team.

Job Qualifications

6+ years of relevant program management/ scrum master experience for large technical project/ product.
Experience of Release / PI Planning across multiple releases and ability to facilitate planning session
Proficient in Jira - Experience of creating / customizing Team boards / knows how to create Epics/stories/tasks
