  1. Facilitate and lead the implementation of Agile methodologies within cross-functional teams.
  2. Ensure timely and successful delivery of products by coaching and empowering team members.
  3. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define and prioritize project objectives and requirements.
  4. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and escalate to the appropriate parties as needed.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  7. Provide guidance and support in the use of Agile tools and techniques.
  8. Act as a servant-leader to the team, promoting collaboration, open communication, and a positive work environment.
  9. Track and report project progress and team performance metrics.
  10. Train and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  12. Act as an ambassador for the Agile mindset and promote its adoption within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share knowledge and improve processes.
  14. Represent the team in Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm) Certification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies.

  • Experience Leading And Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies And Ensuring Team Adherence To Scrum Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Identify And Resolve Conflicts And Impediments To Team Productivity.
