Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated, problem-solving individual to join our Research and Innovation team as an Intern. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team, working on a range of projects to support the company’s growth. You will gain valuable experience and insights into the Research and Innovation process, while making a difference to the company’s success.The ideal candidate for this role will be a recent graduate with strong analytical and research skills, a passion for technology and innovation, and an eagerness to learn about the Research and Innovation process. You will have an inquisitive nature, be a creative thinker and be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to support the development of innovative solutions to the company’s current and future challenges.
Assist with the development of new products and services as part of the Research and Innovation team.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry experts, to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure objectives are met.
Monitor industry trends and developments in order to identify potential opportunities.
Analyze data using appropriate software and tools to identify patterns and trends.
Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and findings with the team.
Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders and other teams to contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate potential solutions.
Assist with the implementation of new initiatives and projects.
