Job Description

Schneider Electric is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our Research and Innovation team as a Research and Innovation Intern! In this position, you will support our R&D projects and activities, and work with our team of experts to develop innovative solutions to energy and automation challenges.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about research and development and wants to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A background in STEM, experience in the energy industry, and/or knowledge of automation technologies is desirable.If you have a desire to be part of a cutting-edge team that is making a real difference in the world, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Support R&D projects and activities
Develop innovative solutions to energy and automation challenges
Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Maintain high levels of organization and time management
Research and analyze current and emerging trends in the energy and/or automation industries
Collaborate with experts to develop new technologies and processes
Assist in testing and validating new products and services
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Research and Innovation Intern in Nashville, TN, USA is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. This salary range includes base pay, bonus pay, and potential overtime pay, depending on the intern's experience and qualifications.
