  1. Conduct regular reliability assessments and analyses to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  2. Develop and maintain reliability models and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reliability concerns in product design and development.
  4. Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
  5. Review and analyze data from field testing and customer feedback to identify and resolve product reliability issues.
  6. Develop and maintain reliability testing procedures and standards to ensure product performance meets customer expectations.
  7. Monitor and report on product failure rates and implement strategies to reduce failure rates and improve overall reliability.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in reliability engineering to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor team members on reliability engineering principles and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the reliability and quality of components and materials used in our products.
  11. Participate in new product development projects to ensure reliability requirements are met and integrated into the design.
  12. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on product reliability and any potential issues.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation related to reliability engineering processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe work environment.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in product reliability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Reliability Engineering Principles And Methodologies

  • Experience With Reliability Tools And Software Such As Fmeas, Fault Trees, And Reliability Modeling

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Iec 61508, For Ensuring Product Reliability And Safety.
