- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Dutch Caribbean region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to achieve better results.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other regional sales representatives to share best practices and drive overall company sales goals.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and sales strategies.
- Embody the company's core values and culture in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Dominican Republic, Haiti, And/Or Dutch Caribbean
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With Fluency In English, Spanish, And Possibly French
Knowledge Of The Local Market And Industry Trends In The Region, As Well As Experience Working With Distributors And Channel Partners.
