  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the designated region in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  3. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales.
  6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Regional Market Dynamics And Customer Needs In The Energy Management Industry.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Relevant Post-Graduate Degree Is A Plus.
