Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Capacity.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
