Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the regional area for data center cooling solutions.
Serve as the primary contact for all cooling-related inquiries and issues from customers.
Conduct on-site assessments and troubleshooting for cooling systems in data centers.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized cooling solutions for customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cooling technology to provide innovative solutions to customers.
Train and mentor junior cooling technicians and provide guidance on best practices.
Maintain and update service records and reports for all cooling-related activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service visits.
Communicate effectively with customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on the latest developments in cooling technology.
Travel to various customer sites within the region as needed.
Collaborate with other regional cooling experts to share knowledge and best practices.
Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and optimization in cooling processes and procedures.
Represent Schneider Electric as a knowledgeable and reputable expert in the field of data center cooling.
Adhere to company standards and values and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge Of Data Center Cooling Systems: The Candidate Should Have In-Depth Understanding Of Various Cooling Technologies Used In Data Centers Such As Air-Based, Liquid-Based, And Hybrid Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Data Center Cooling.
Experience In Managing Large-Scale Cooling Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cooling Projects For Data Centers Of Varying Sizes And Complexities. This Includes Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Cooling Systems To Ensure Optimal Performance And Energy Efficiency.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Regional Cooling Service Expert, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Diagnosing And Resolving Complex Cooling Issues In Data Centers. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And The Ability To Think Critically To Find Solutions To Problems.
Knowledge Of Energy Efficiency And Sustainability: With The Growing Focus On Energy Efficiency And Sustainability In Data Centers, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Energy-Saving Techniques And Technologies. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Recommendations For Optimizing Cooling Systems To Reduce Energy Consumption.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Clients, Understand Their Cooling Needs, And Provide Effective Solutions. They Should Also Have Strong Customer Service Skills To Build And Maintain Good Relationships With Clients And Ensure Their Satisfaction With The Services Provided.
