Analyze recurring data and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in the data.
Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
Perform data audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights and trends.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Communicate data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor data quality metrics and report on performance to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and quality assurance.
Train and mentor junior data analysts in data quality processes and procedures.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to data quality.
Participate in project teams to implement new data quality initiatives.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for data handling and security.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Analytics, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Working With Large Datasets And Complex Data Structures.
Proficiency In Sql, Excel, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Knowledge Of Quality Control Processes And Experience In Identifying Trends And Patterns In Quality Data To Drive Process Improvements.
